How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express options are available at checkout if you need your device sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used devices or opened needle cartridges.
